    500m row 1:57 which was 16 secs less than last time

    WOD – 135#/45#.

    WOD: 6:28 (I think…my brain simply does not work after the WODs, and I am second quessing this today)

    205/75. Those OHS were man makers….AMAZING job by Rusty…there is no quit in him

    1:34 on the row which was crap. 1:33 the last time and I fell off twice today. Next time. And Brown, you only got to keep your record by 6/10s in the 1215 class…..almost gone! (not by me obviously)

    I was really disappointed with my efforts today. Those darn overhead squats killed me!!!!!!!!

    OHS form stunk and could tell immediately! Everything is so much easier if you have good form…

    Was able to get in a mile run outside b4 the WOD… What a great day to be out :)
