- 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of; Double Unders and Sit Ups

- For time (8 minute cut-0ff);
- 50 Kettlebell Swings (heavy as possible)

I saw Cole rated this as a 5 on the “suck meter”…..greeeeat.
I’m trying to decide which one I’m going to do.
Ummm I believe you do all three
#1 – 4 Rounds + 7 Pull ups
#2 – DNF was 40 single unders into the 30 set
#3 – 2:31 1 Pood
Starting to think the longer your in crossfit the harder the workouts become.. and this is like 10 times worse than last week x_X
#1 4 rounds plus pull ups
#2 singles made it through 40 plus 100 singles
#3 3:20 #35
WOD #1: 5 rounds even
WOD#2: DNF- started on the 10s
WOD#3: 3:33 2pood
I have not been this sore right after a WOD in quite some time. Love it!
Hats off to anyone who completes this WOD. WOD# 2 sucked. I think this is the first WOD I DNF…

Ran the whole Annie workout tonight at the gym. Time was horrific, so it will not be mentioned here, but it got done.
WOD #1 3 rounds plus 7 pullups (first WOD doing kipping pullups for all sets)
WOD #2 10:36
WOD #3 3:18 (2 pood)
