    105 front squat
    Cindy and I did 11:27 (I think) on the mini WOD; 25 pound plate and 12 pound ball

    115 on squats
    Erik and I did the mini WOD in 8:40 me with 25 plate and 12# ball and he had 45 plate and 20# ball.

    Am I supposed to have bruises on my collar bones?

    Aubrey,

    A Heather was asking the same thing today… If you are not getting your elbows high enough on the front rack then the bar will make contact with the collarbone… Also some individuals have higher sitting heads of the collarbone or smaller deltoids not allowing for a place for the bar to rest, other than that spot…

    You should be fine, “ice’er down and check email.”

    I think I’ll be putting large amounts of ice on mine tonight; I thought I had my elbows high enough, but I guess I didn’t.
