- Week of September 13, 6am MTTh ***NEW (FULL)
- Week of September 13, 5:30pm MWTh ***NEW
- Week of September 27, 6pm MTTh ***NEW
- Week of October 11, 6am MTTh ***NEW
- Week of October 25, 6 pm MTTh ***NEW
How to Schedule For Elements Classes;

Click on “Schedule Elements Classes” below

Find the time you want to attend, Click Sign Up Now

Scroll down and insert your First and Last Name, enter, and fill out necessary fields, enter

Then choose Click Here To Enroll as Unpaid

Print and fill out paper work for the class (found under our Schedule/Classes tab on the main page)

Bring your completely filled out waiver with you to your first day of Elements class. DO NOT worry about payment as you will be billed by DMH for your Elements class fee as well as billed monthly from that point on.
How to Schedule for WOD Classes;
- Click on “Schedule CrossFit Classes” below
- Log in using previous username/password
- Click “Sign Up Now” for classes.
- Enroll in Class
- If you are scheduling for future classes and you get a message that you are not paid then click “Enroll as Unpaid”
- Schedule Crossfit Classes

Regular WOD times, for those that have completed Elements Class, will be;
- Monday through Thursday 5,6, & 7a.m., 12:15p.m., 5,6, & 7p.m.
- Friday 5, 6, & 7 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 4 & 5 p.m.
- **It is EXTREMELY important that if you cannot make a class you cancel in the computer!
