About Us
CrossFit Enhance is located within DMH Sports Enhancement Center and is a licensed affiliate of CrossFit. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
CrossFit Enhance is a unique program. It was the first, and now one of two, CF gyms owned and operated by a hospital. Our gym was founded by Ken Smithmier, President and CEO of Decatur Memorial Hospital.
