How Do I Join?
Step One: Do Some Research
Begin with some research of the CrossFit principles and the CrossFit Enhance website. Follow the blog and see if there are opportunities for you to attend a weekend class, or if there are free classes offered.
Step Two: Elements Class
Your next step is an Elements Class, a one-week-long series of 3 classes, which will teach you the basic techniques (including key movements from gymnastics, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and kettlebelling) and introduce you to CrossFit. Elements Classes are a mandatory pre-requisite, and cost $25.
- Please bring your completely filled out waiver to us during our business hours, or with you on the first day of class you are scheduled to attend. The necessary waiver can be found under the Schedule/Classes tab on our home page. It is not necessary for you to bring your money on the first day of Elements class, as you will be billed by Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Step Three: WOD’s (Work Out of the Day)
After successful completion of the Elements Class, you can participate in WOD’s, attending as many classes throughout the week as you’d like. Remember to use the online scheduling for attendance. For any membership sign-up questions, first FAQ and then if you’re still confused, just email us.
