Crossfit is a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. We want you to be well prepared physically (and mentally) for every facet of life, from lifting a laundry basket from the ground to lifting something overhead and everything in between.

In order to participate in our “WOD” classes, you must complete one of our available new member classes.
During your time in our new member class, you will learn the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit which are squat, front squat, overhead squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean. You will also learn different, accessory movements in the areas of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. You will also get accustomed to the organization, structure and pace of the daily WOD class and the community.
Your investment for the New Member Course is $80.00.
Once you complete your New Member Course, the cost per month is $80.00. The cost for DMH Employees is $65 per month after completion of the New Member course.
