Our goal at CrossFit Enhance is to make you a fitter and healthier human being.  The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. Crossfit is a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable.  We want you to be well prepared physically (and mentally) for every facet of life, from lifting a laundry basket from the ground to lifting something overhead and everything in between.


At CrossFit Enhance, our staff and members alike work extremely hard to cultivate an atmosphere of hard-work, dedication, and encouragement.  Whether you finish first place or last place in a workout does not matter.  You will find your peers and coaches cheering and encouraging you to be better than yesterday.  That is what we thrive on and what the CrossFit spirit is all about.

In order to participate in our “WOD” classes, you must attend a free trial class.

The next step is to schedule a 1 on 1 assessment with a CFE coach.

Upon completion of your 1 on 1 assessment your coach will discuss options for moving into “WOD” classes.  

During your assessment, you will learn the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit which are squat, front squat, overhead squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean.  You will also learn different, accessory movements in the areas of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio.  You will also get accustomed to the organization, structure and pace of the daily WOD class and the community.

Your investment for the CFEvaluation is $80/$65 for DMH employees, which includes services such as:

  • Excellent coaching and personalized attention
  • Movement Evaluation
  • Providing appropriate movement scaling and modification options to meet your physical ability needs
  • Integration and introduction to membership WOD classes and structure
  • The CFEvaluation includes your first 30 days. 
  • At the end of your first 30 days your CFE MEMBERSHIP will begin.
